Please note: This is a maternity leave coverage expected to last 12-18 months.
Wage Range: The hourly wage for this role is typically $22.00 - $34.50 and represents a range across all of PrairieCoast’s BC and Alberta locations. It is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and work location.
In compliance with the BC provincial government mandates, we are incorporating broad wage ranges into this posting to adhere to the wage transparency requirements.

As a Service Writer you will:
Assist the service manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service department’s operation within the dealership.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Service Writer experience an asset
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Knowledge of office procedures
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Warranty experience an asset
