As a Precision Services Manager you will:
Be a proven leader to execute Precision Technology repair services within the Service Department ecosystem and develop a culture within the branch service department where technology repairs and mechanical repairs are one of the same.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years previous John Deere Ag and Turf Precision Ag or technical experience
- Ability to research, problem solve and work independently
- Machinery knowledge
- Data entry/keyboarding skills
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Must be flexible regarding workdays and hours
- Must be willing to occasionally travel and stay out of town to support our Prairie stores
- Experience on Salesforce, InContact, CDK, John Deere Systems is an asset
- Agricultural parts and/or service experience is an asset
